Deposit Policy

We keep booking simple so you can focus on the fun!

 

Deposits

 

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve your event date.

  • The deposit is applied toward your total balance.

  • Final payment:

    • Due 10 days before the event for private paries​

    • Due 14 days before the event for small weddings or large gathering (50+ guests)

    • Must be paid in full before service begins- no exceptions​

  • Dates are not secured until the deposit is received.

Late Payments

  • Payments not received by the due date may result in cancellation of service and forfeiture of deposit.$25 per day can be applied unless prior arrangements are made in writing.

 

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

  • Cancel [X days or more] before the event – no remaining balance is due, but the deposit is non-refundable.

  • Cancel within [X days] of the event – full payment is required.

  • Reschedules will be accommodated if possible, but a new deposit may be required.

  • If we must cancel due to an emergency or severe weather, we’ll refund your deposit in full.
